■ Obtrusive Lighting Complaint Form - We no longer use forms. Go online to you Development Services Government site and use their online or paper form to file a complaint. We can provide you information about the Outdoor Lighting Codes and our opinion if your concern might be a valid complaint, but you need to actually file any complaints with the appropriate agency (your City, or your County). They can be anonymous or you can leave an email address for follow-up.
